Apart from the lovely playing keys on the Code the M-Audio Oxygen was much better in comparison. From firmware updates, to unlabeled keys, to hours searching the forums, even if it had worked properly not a great product.

poor support from m-audio (most queries on m-audios own help forum get answered by other customers NOT their staff) Multi function keys on the keyboard are not labelled as they are on the white version (or the Oxygen model) making programming impossible via the keyboard without printing your own labels for the keyboard (mental!) Entire device would jam every so often either doing nothing or holding a key that had been pressed indefinitely until powered off/on Pads would lose programming from my saved presets at random and just all light up in a single colour with programming reset Requires a lot of pressure to operate - it is not touch sensitive - you can feel the buttons underneath it of which there are not that many so very low resolution Pads where similarly erratic especially compared to Oxygen keyboard and Akai equipment I own I did hope they would improve with a bit of use but didn't. Faders and Encoders behavior could be described as both erratic and unresponsive.

I have had to return this after 2 weeks for the following reasons:

I upgraded to this as I had used an M-Audio Oxygen keyboard for 2 years.
